Terms & Conditions

Formation: An attorney-client relationship is formed only upon execution of a written engagement letter and payment of any required retainer.

Scope of Representation: Our representation is limited to the specific matters outlined in the engagement letter. We do not provide legal advice outside the agreed scope.

Confidentiality: All communications between you and our firm are protected by attorney-client privilege, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Fee Structure: Our fees are based on hourly rates, flat fees, or contingency arrangements as specified in the engagement letter.

Billing: Invoices are sent monthly and payment is due within 30 days of receipt.

Retainer: A retainer may be required before commencement of services and will be held in our client trust account.

Expenses: Client is responsible for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in representation.

Truthful Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information relevant to your matter.

Timely Communication: Respond promptly to our requests for information, documents, or decisions.

Payment Obligations: Pay all fees and costs as outlined in the engagement letter.

Cooperation: Cooperate fully in the representation and follow legal advice provided.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

Any claims against the firm must be brought within one year of the conclusion of representation.

Client Termination: You may terminate our representation at any time with written notice.

Firm Termination: We may withdraw from representation in accordance with applicable rules of professional conduct.

File Return: Upon termination, we will return your file and any unused retainer funds.
